Olspritzring und ol im Kardenwelle - R100gs 1992 mit paralever Gabel

Dear Friends,
I find oil of the speed gear inside the paralever of my '92 r100gs.
I have changed two times the oilgard and also the drive flange, but I still find oil inside.
There's a little hole up the oilgard. is it a vent-hole or should I block up it whit some silicone????
please help me!!!
