As it happened I'm just trying to find out the same thing for a friend of mine.
Along with the Q-Tech prepared Basic I bought last year, I got all documents connected. On one invoice from Q-TECH there is a "21 21 1 457 458 druckplatte Kuppl. K" specified. From that I conclude a YES is the correct answer!
I was earlier informed that the spring from a K75 would strengthen the clutch, I installed one on the HPN but there's not much difference.
