Might be that you wouldn't get an answer to your email.
Unfortunately and our experiences confirm it, they are not really into email. No bad will for sure, it is just not their thing.
Snail mail works for sure and ringing them up is a good idea too. You have good chances to get Mr. P from 16:00hrs (local time) on.
