another way is to determine the oil level experimentally:
- put the bike on the center stand
- fill in 2 liters, wait a couple of minutes to let the oil run down to the oil pan
- check the oil level with the dipstick, if still below minimum fill up another 0.5 liters
- if above minimum start the engine to flush the oil cooler
- stop the engine, wait a couple of minutes and check the oil level again
Likely you will have to fill up again. The span between min and max marks on the dipstick is about 0.5 liters, this may give you an estimate of how much to fill up.
BTW, checking the oil level is done with the dipstick unscrewed, just put it on the bushing. But you probably know this ;-)
